Every dish is created using only the freshest, finest ingredients. We never use frozen ingredients. We serve only the choicest meats and seafood, freshest vegetables, and breads that are baked fresh daily.We use local organic  Black Angus beef,  grass feed lamb, free range poultry and local produce. In the summer month"s the Chef/Owner Joey Bevilaque will hand pick local produce for that evenings dinner. Our attention to detail create a truly enjoyable dining experience.
